Rome 2025

After two highly successful trips to Biarritz in 2023 and 2024, the Montreal Soccer Schools are proud to offer this unique experience in Italy for the very first time!

 

A U13 team will travel to the Italian capital to compete against European teams in an international tournament.

 

An extraordinary experience, both on a sporting and cultural level, taking place in June 2025.

Try-outs

In October 2024, we held selection sessions to identify the players who would take part in the international tournament in Rome.

 

Following this process, 15 players were selected: Vincent Piché-Messier, Antoine Roy Poirier, Arthur Grenier, Mael Perna, Enzo Rochier, Maxime Blanchard, Gabin Maire, Xavier Anthony Coicou, Emil Thibault, Etienne Morin, Arnaud Fortier, Raphaël Sirois, Baptiste Philippe, Clark Lawrence Belinga, and Benjamin Vitulano.

Preparation

In the months leading up to the trip, the selected players took part in training sessions led by our coaches. These regular sessions helped strengthen team cohesion, deepen tactical understanding, and improve technical skills.

 

It was a rigorous and high-quality preparation—essential to ensure the players are ready for the journey and the upcoming tournament.

Saturday, June 21, 2025

  • 09:25 – Bus transfer from FCO Airport to the campsite

  • 12:00 – First meal – players and accompanying parents (EDSM offer)

  • 13:30 – Site walk + EDSM meeting

  • 16:00 – Check-in and bungalow installation

  • 19:00 – Dinner at the campsite

  • 21:00 – Lights out

  • 09:30 – Light training / recovery session

  • 12:30 – Lunch at the campsite

  • 15:00 – Visit to Stadio Olimpico

  • 15:30 – Bus departure (to be confirmed)

  • 17:00 – 1st group stage match vs Montreuil FC (France)

  • 19:00 – 2nd group stage match vs Latina Calcio 1932 (Italy)

  • 20:00 – Dinner

  • 21:00 – Opening ceremony with all teams

Tuesday, June 24, 2025

  • 07:00 – Breakfast

  • 09:30 – Visit to the Colosseum

  • 13:00 – Lunch at the campsite

  • 15:00 – Relaxation activity on site + rest

  • 18:30 – Bus departure

  • 20:00 – 3rd group stage match vs Indomita Pomezia (Italy)

  • 21:00 – Dinner at the field

  • 09:00/10:00 – Gold Play-off Match
