DAY CARE

Free! 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m | 12 pm to 1 pm

For one week of camp : 249$ (tax-exempt)

+50$ equipment fee (payable once only)

TYPICAL DAY

A balance between soccer and fun!

Welcome & Supervised Care

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Non-sport activities:

Board games | Card games | Supervised quiet activities

 

Activation – Muscle Warm-Up

9:00 AM – 9:20 AM

- Warm-up with or without the ball

- Simple positional games (rondos, possession)

- Coordination and reaction speed

Game principles:

- First-touch quality

- Body orientation

- Communication

 

Technical & Tactical Development (Daily Theme)

9:20 AM – 10:30 AM

Drills and guided game situations based on the daily theme:

- Playing in numerical superiority / inferiority

- Passing and moving off the ball

- Support play – third-man runs

- Offensive and defensive transitions

Game principles developed:

- Possession and progression

- Creating passing lanes

- Quick decision-making

- Game awareness

 

Break

10:30 AM – 10:45 AM

- Hydration

- Snack

- Quick individual and group feedback

 

Game Situations & Coached Matches

10:45 AM – 11:45 AM

- Small-sided games and themed matches

- Tactical constraints (zones, limited touches, numerical advantages)

Key principles emphasized:

- Use of space

- Attacking/defensive balance

- Combination play between two players

- Switching the point of attack

- Quick transitions

Cool-Down & Debrief

11:45 AM – 12:00 PM

- Brief analysis of game situations

- Q&A and individual objectives

 

Supervised Care (optional)

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

- Lunch (not included)

- Rest and recovery time

- Supervised free play

EQUIPMENT

Each participant will receive the complete EDSM equipment, including :

  • 2 jerseys

  • 2 pairs of shorts

  • 2 pairs of socks

  • 1 EDSM ball

The equipment is provided once per summer (on the Monday of the player's first week of camp).

TAX CREDITS 

Day camps are considered a “child care expense” and are therefore eligible for tax credits.

 

To claim your tax credits when filing your income tax return, you will receive a Relevé 24 starting February 28 of the year following your child’s camp.

*The amount above remains an estimate.

*As of 2026, the maximum eligible age of a child for the refundable Québec tax credit will be reduced from under 16 years old to under 14 years old.
