WHAT ARE THE « MONTREAL SOCCER SCHOOLS »?
The Montreal Soccer Schools is an academy whose primary goal is to help players of all levels reach their full potential.
We offer a complete programmation to help our players progress.
HOW TO REGISTER TO YOUR PROGRAMS?
Registration for our programs is done through our online registration platform QIDIGO. If you have any difficulties registering, please contact us.
IS A COMPETITIVE LEVEL REQUIRED TO REGISTER?
For the majority of our programs, participation is open to all. However, some programs have restrictions in terms of skills level (The Advanced Centre program, Competitive summer camps).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROGRESSION (U9-U12) AND THE ADVANCED CENTRE (U10-U13)?
The Progression program is open to all, without restrictions in termes of skills level.
The Advanced Centre program is reserved to players who play competitively in their club. (Evaluation of skills will take place during the 1st session).
ARE YOUR PROGRAMS OPENED TO BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS ?
Yes, all our programs are open to both girls and boys, except for the Girls only program (and unless otherwise indicated).
MY CHILD DOESN'T MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENTS, CAN THEY STILL ENROLL IN YOUR PROGRAM?
Unfortunately, in order to ensure homogeneous groups, we make sure that the players ages correspond to the required age.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
As stipulated in the Loi sur la protection du consommateur, a consumer can, at any time and to their discretion, terminate the contract with the Montreal Soccer Schools by sending a written termination and refund request by email with “REFUND REQUEST” in the subject line to info@edsmontreal.com.
The Montreal Soccer Schools will refund the consumer either by check or by credit card (depending on the date of purchase) within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the refund request.
FEES AND PENALTIES

If the consumer terminates the following contract before the activities start
If the consumer cancels before the start of the activities, 100% of the total invoice will be refundable.

If the consumer terminates the following contract after the activities start
If the consumer cancels the contract after the activity has begun, the customer will be charged the :
- EQUIPMENT FEES (may vary depending on the activity) ;
- PARTICIPATION FEES for the period between the beginning of the Montreal Soccer Schools activities and the date of the refund request. A prorated amount will be calculated based on the program/activity/camp selected.
**COVID-19**
The Montreal Soccer Schools will provide a 100% refund if we are forced to cancel our activities due to COVID-19 restrictions.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT?
We accept credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).
DO YOU PROVIDE THE RL-24 SLIP FROM REVENU QUÉBEC?
We provide a RL-24 Slip only for our soccer camps (Summer and Spring Break). According to the government, soccer camps are a "daycare service" and are therefore eligible for tax reliefs.
In order to benefit from tax reliefs when filing your income tax returns, you will have to download your RL-24 Slip from your file on our Qidigo online registration website. The RL-24 Slip will be available as of February 28 following your child's day camp.

GENERAL MONTREAL SOCCER SCHOOLS TRAINING CONDITIONS
1 - Disclaimer:
The Montreal Soccer Schools, its directors, employees, educators, agents, animators and representatives are in no way responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind sustained by a participant during or as a result of any program and caused in any way, including but not limited to the negligence of the Montreal Soccer Schools or its staff.
2 - Non-limiting description of risks:
Considering my child's participation in a Montreal Soccer Schools activity, I hereby acknowledge that I am aware of the risks and hazards, including but not limited to those associated with or related to the practice of soccer. I also acknowledge and consent that my child may, as a participant, incur a physical injury or illness (minor, serious, catastrophic and/or deadly).
Furthermore, I am informed and warned that:

Injuries sustained in the practice of soccer can make my child disabled or even paralyzed -permanently ;

My child may experience anxiety, panic attacks or any other psychological injury ;

The risk of injury increases with fatigue.
3 - Consent to medical care and discharge:
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the Montreal Soccer Schools and its employees, educators, agents, animators and representatives to get medical treatment for my child, I release and do not hold responsible executors of this authority. I also understand and agree that I am responsible for paying any fees and bills related to the injury or illness sustained while my child is participating in the activity.
4 - Discipline :
The child must be respectful to all other children as well as to the Montreal Soccer Schools staff in their language, gestures and attitudes.
In order to maintain a high quality standard during training sessions, the Montreal Soccer Schools reserves the right to notify the family of a child who is interfering with the development of the other participants of the termination of the child's participation in the program. Administrative fees, a pro-rated amount of practice time, products, equipment and services provided for practice will be taken into account when issuing a refund.
MONTREAL SOCCER SCHOOLS GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

As stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer may, at any time and at their discretion, terminate their contract with the Montreal Soccer Schools by sending written notice of a refund request by email with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST" to info@edsmontreal.com.
The Montreal Soccer Schools will refund the consumer, either by check or credit card (depending on the date of purchase and method of payment used) within a reasonable time after receipt of the refund request.
