INCLUSIONS

SCHEDULE 

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

​DAY CARE

Free! From 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., during the lunch break, and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

FULL EQUIPMENT

FEES 

For one week of camp : 349$ (tax-exempt)

+50$ equipment fee (payable once only)

TYPICAL DAY

A balance between soccer and fun!

Welcome & Extended Care

7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. | (optional – included)

Non-sport activities:

Board games  | Card games | Supervised calm activities

Learning & Development

9:00 – 9:30 a.m | Activation & Team Building

Fun warm-up with the ball, group games, and team-building activities.

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. | Technical Development (Daily Theme)

Technical drills and level-appropriate games focusing on:

•    Ball control, passing, receiving, dribbling

•    Coordination, motor skills, reaction speed, balance

10:30 – 11:00 a.m. | Social Break

Snack, hydration, celebration challenges, dances, quizzes.

11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | Game Situations & Matches

Supervised matches with a focus on the theme of the day.

Lunch Break

12:00 – 1:00 p.m. | Lunch & Free Time (meal not included)

Lunch, recovery, and free play on the field under coach supervision.

Themed Activities & Games

1:00 – 2:00 p.m. | Themed Activity (different each week)

Special activities designed to encourage engagement, creativity, and fun, for example:

Game 1 | Game 2 | Game 3

Finishing & Intra-Squad Matches

2:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Shooting Drills & Matches

Shooting exercises, applied practice, and supervised matches.

Extended Care & Departure

3:00 – 5:00 p.m. | (optional – included)

Non-sport activities:

•    Board games

•    Card games

•    Supervised calm activities

EQUIPMENT

Each participant will receive the complete EDSM equipment, including :

  • 2 jerseys

  • 2 pairs of shorts

  • 2 pairs of socks

  • 1 EDSM ball

The equipment is provided once per summer (on the Monday of the player's first week of camp).

SUMMER CAMPS, MORE ACCESSIBLE THAN YOU THINK!

TAX CREDITS 

Day camps are considered a “child care expense” and are therefore eligible for tax credits.

 

To claim your tax credits when filing your income tax return, you will receive a Relevé 24 starting February 28 of the year following your child’s camp.

*The amount above remains an estimate.

*As of 2026, the maximum eligible age of a child for the refundable Québec tax credit will be reduced from under 16 years old to under 14 years old.
